Prosecutors suggest hungover weapons expert in Alec Baldwin case.

Prosecutors allege that the weapons expert on the set of "Rust" was drinking and smoking marijuana during filming, and was likely hungover when she loaded a live bullet into Alec Baldwin's revolver before the fatal shooting. The armorer, Hannah Gutierrez Reed, is the only crew member still facing felony charges in the October 2021 shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Prosecutors dismissed involuntary manslaughter charges against Baldwin in April but may bring new charges against him. Gutierrez Reed's attorneys have been seeking a dismissal of the charges against her, claiming the prosecution has mishandled the case.
