Rochester Police Respond to Multiple Vehicle Break-Ins and Thefts.

Rochester Police Department fatally shot an adult male suspected to be involved in incidents in Monroe County outside a residence on Milburn Street. The male was pronounced deceased on the scene and the area was shut down to traffic as police continue to investigate the incident. Francis Parker School No. 23 was put on lockout due to police activity.
