'Rust' weapons supervisor accused of being hungover on day of fatal accident on set

Prosecutors in the "Rust" movie set incident now believe that the film's weapons supervisor, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, was hungover on the day of the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Gutierrez-Reed is facing involuntary manslaughter charges, which her defense has argued should be dismissed. Alec Baldwin, who was also involved in the incident, has been cleared of all criminal charges. Gutierrez-Reed's preliminary hearing is set for August, where a judge will determine if there's probable cause for the case to move forward. Baldwin still faces civil lawsuits from the family of Hutchins and "Rust" script supervisor Mamie Mitchell.
