Scott County Deputy Fatally Shot During Traffic Stop on I-75.

A Kentucky sheriff's deputy, Caleb Conley, was fatally shot during a traffic stop on Interstate 75 near Georgetown. The shooter fled the scene and was later taken into custody. Conley, who had been with the sheriff's office for four years and served in the U.S. Army for eight years before that, was taken to a hospital where he later died. The suspect's identity and motive are unknown.
