Second escaped inmate from Philadelphia jail captured by police.

Ameen Hurst, the second of two men who escaped from a Philadelphia jail last week, has been captured, and three people have been charged with their escape. Hurst was being held on charges related to four homicides. The men escaped through a hole in a recreation yard fence that had been "deliberately cut." The US Marshals and the Philadelphia Police Department launched a manhunt for their whereabouts. Three people, including another inmate, have now been charged in connection with the escape.
