Second Teen Charged in Fatal Red Line Push on Chicago CTA Train

A second teenager, Katlar Parchman, 19, has been charged with murder, aggravated battery and mob action in the death of Kyle Bickham, 29, who was pushed from a moving CTA Red Line train on Chicago’s South Side; a 15-year-old girl was charged earlier in the case. Surveillance shows the group forcing Bickham to the rear of the train and out an emergency exit, after which he fell onto the electrified third rail and was struck by an oncoming train and died. Parchman remains jailed as prosecutors seek additional information about the other suspects.
