Sentencing for 'Creeper' shooting case imminent for former ice cream driver

Michael Keetley, a former ice cream truck driver, will be sentenced on Friday for killing two men and injuring four others in a 2010 shooting in Ruskin, Florida. Keetley was convicted in March of two counts of murder and four counts of attempted murder. Prosecutors said Keetley became obsessed with revenge after he was robbed and shot while on his ice cream route about a year before the murders. He had come to the false conclusion that a man nicknamed “Creeper” was behind the robbery. The people killed and injured had nothing to do with Keetley’s robbery, prosecutors said.
