Ethan Crumbley, the Michigan school shooter who killed four students and injured seven others in November 2021, is scheduled to be sentenced on Friday. Crumbley, who was 15 at the time of the shooting, pleaded guilty to 24 counts, including four counts of first-degree murder. Prosecutors argued for a life sentence without parole, while the defense claimed Crumbley showed signs of severe mental illness and could be rehabilitated. Crumbley's parents are also facing charges for purchasing the firearm used in the shooting.
