Serial Offender: Pennsylvania Man with Extensive Criminal Record Attempts Abduction at Mall

A man with a lengthy criminal record, including weapons offenses and aggravated assault, was arrested for attempting to abduct a 14-year-old girl at a mall in Pennsylvania. Khalilh Evans, 44, was charged with false imprisonment of a minor and is being held by the Abington Police Department. Police believe he may have approached other young women in the mall and possibly other locations.
