Suspect Identified in Madison South Side Death Investigation

John C. Shively, 64, has been arrested and booked into the Dane Co. Jail for First Degree Intentional Homicide in connection to a homicide investigation on Madison's south side. Police responded to a report of a weapons offense and found one man dead at the scene. A firearm was recovered, and the Madison Police Department assures there is no threat to the community as they continue their investigation.
