Suspect identified in shooting of Kentucky deputy during traffic stop.

A Scott County sheriff's deputy, Caleb Conley, was shot and killed during a traffic stop in Kentucky. The suspect, Steven Sheangshang, fled the scene but was later arrested and charged with murder of a police officer, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, burglary, theft of an automobile, wanton endangerment, and fleeing/evading police. Conley, a decorated deputy and former member of the United States Army, leaves behind a wife and small children. Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear called Conley a hero who made the ultimate sacrifice.
