Teen charged with murder in fentanyl overdose deaths of high school classmates.

A 17-year-old girl has been charged with murder after two of her classmates died from a fentanyl overdose at Fayette Ware Comprehensive High School in Somerville, Tennessee. The surviving girl was charged with two counts of second-degree murder and one count of possession of a controlled substance. The school held a balloon release vigil for the students and made counselors and religious leaders available to the community. The charges are unusual for someone involved in overdose deaths, especially a juvenile.
