Teen Suspect in Times Square Shooting Arrested in Yonkers

A 15-year-old suspect has been taken into custody in Yonkers after a shooting incident in Times Square where a tourist was injured. The suspect, identified as Jesus Lejenadro Rivas-Figueroa, was found by U.S. Marshals at a home in Yonkers. The shooting occurred during a shoplifting incident at JD Sports, where the suspect fired a .45 caliber pistol, injuring a tourist from Brazil. The NYPD has also apprehended two other teenagers in connection with the incident, and the suspect is facing multiple charges, including attempted murder.
