Teenager Arrested in Connection with Brooklyn Mass Shooting

Baltimore police have charged a 17-year-old boy in connection with the mass shooting in Brooklyn that left two people dead and 28 others injured. The teenager is facing charges of possession of a firearm by a minor, assault weapon possession, reckless endangerment, and handgun violation in a vehicle. Three victims remain in the hospital in fair condition. The investigation is ongoing, and a $28,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and charges.
