Teens Arrested for Firing Fireworks at Minneapolis Police and Residents

Two teenagers have been charged with shooting fireworks at police during a chaotic night in Minneapolis on the Fourth of July. Large groups of youth gathered in multiple locations, aiming fireworks at each other, passersby, and vehicles. One 17-year-old boy from Columbia Heights is charged with fleeing police and felony assault, while an 18-year-old from Minneapolis is charged with felony rioting. Police arrested a total of 11 juveniles and five adults in connection with the fireworks incidents.
