Texas Officer Rescues Abandoned Kidnapped Baby from Stolen Car and Trash

A six-month-old baby was kidnapped in Texas after a man stole his mother's car, but was later found abandoned on the side of the road near a pile of garbage. The police arrested the suspect and charged him with kidnapping, abandoning/endangering a child, and auto theft. Body camera footage shows the moment a police officer rescued the crying baby from his car seat, which was hanging from the straps. The baby was examined for injuries and returned to his mother.
