Tragic Hit-and-Run Claims Life of 15-Year-Old Expectant Father

A 22-year-old man has been arrested for murder in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash that killed a 15-year-old expectant father in the San Fernando Valley. The driver, Joseph Delgado, was driving recklessly when he lost control and hit several parked vehicles and pedestrians. The victim's family is devastated, and the mother was briefly detained by police at the scene. A vigil was held for the victim, who was described as a fun and lovable person. Another victim of the crash is expected to survive. Delgado has been booked at the Van Nuys jail.
