Tragic Shooting Claims Life of Salem State University Student

An 18-year-old Salem State University student and basketball player, Carl Hens Beliard, was shot and killed in Salem, Massachusetts, just after the city's Halloween celebrations ended. Beliard was found in a crashed vehicle with gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the hospital. Missael Pena Canela, 18, has been charged with his murder.
