A 43-year-old man from Sioux City, Iowa, has been charged with first-degree murder and other felonies after allegedly stabbing and killing a Fort Calhoun priest, Rev. Stephen Gutgsell, in a seemingly random attack. The suspect, Kierre L. Williams, was found lying on top of the priest in the rectory of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Williams faces charges of first-degree murder, burglary, possession of a weapon as a felon, and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
