Uncle of Jordan Neely opposes plea deal for ex-Marine in subway chokehold case.

Jordan Neely's uncle has called for the prosecution of the two men who helped ex-Marine Daniel Penny hold his nephew down during a subway chokehold incident that led to Neely's death. He also stated that Penny should not be offered a plea deal and needs to be taught that what he did was wrong. Penny, who has been charged with second-degree manslaughter, said in an interview that he did what he thought was right and would act the same way if he was put in a similar situation again. Neely's family believes Penny should be tried for murder.
