UW Campus Homicide Under Investigation After Night Stabbing in Laundry Room

Seattle police are investigating the homicide of a University of Washington student found deceased in a Nordheim Court campus housing laundry room after a stabbing around 10:10 p.m. Sunday. UW campus police secured the scene as detectives and crime-scene units processed it; the King County Medical Examiner will identify the victim. Investigators described the suspect as a Black male with a beard, about 5'6"-5'8", wearing a vest over a button-up shirt and blue jeans, and asked anyone with information to call the Violent Crimes Tip Line at 206-233-5000.
