Victim of Fatal Shooting in Springfield Identified by Police

The Springfield Police Department has identified the victim of a shooting near St. Louis Street and National Avenue as 25-year-old Nathan Williams. A woman fired a gun at Williams in a parking lot, and while she has been questioned by detectives, she has not been arrested.
