Virginia Inmates Escape Jail and Head to IHOP Using Toothbrush Tunnel

Two inmates escaped from a Virginia jail by digging a hole through a wall using tools made from a toothbrush and metal object. They were later found at an IHOP and arrested by police. The inmates were in custody on charges including contempt of court, probation violations, credit card fraud, and possession of burglary tools. The sheriff's office is conducting a criminal and internal investigation to prevent such incidents from happening again.
