Wichita police apprehend Santa Fe murder suspect.

A murder suspect, Francisco Grado-Flores, wanted by the Santa Fe Police Department was arrested in Wichita and charged as a fugitive from justice. Grado-Flores was wanted in connection with the shooting death of Raul Montejano. Montejano was found unconscious at the scene and was pronounced dead. The suspect had apparent injuries when he was found by police, and he claimed those injuries in a fight.
