Wisconsin shooter had history of domestic issues, say investigators.

The man who killed two police officers in Wisconsin last month had a history of domestic problems and mental health issues, according to a report by state investigators. Glenn Douglas Perry, 50, was struggling with a divorce and didn’t like getting “pushed around” by police. Perry's ex-wife thought he was schizophrenic, carried guns in his vehicle, and slept with a gun under his pillow. Perry was hit during an exchange of gunfire and later died from his wounds.
