Zanesville Amber Alert Ends with Arrest and Safe Recovery of Children

A man has been arrested in western Pennsylvania after being found with two abducted children from Zanesville, Ohio, whose disappearances prompted a statewide Amber Alert. Thomas Pritchard, 46, of Zanesville, has been charged with two counts of kidnapping and one count of grand theft auto in Ohio, and faces charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, endangering children, reckless endangerment, and receiving stolen property in Pennsylvania. The toddler and infant were taken in an unlocked vehicle outside a gas station in Zanesville, but have since been reunited with their families.
