Dr. Marc Smith: The Lone Finalist for Fort Bend ISD Superintendent

Dr. Marc Smith, Ed.D from Duncanville ISD, has been announced as the lone finalist for the superintendent position in Fort Bend ISD. With over 30 years of experience in education, including 12 years as superintendent in Duncanville ISD and Marshall ISD, Smith is known for his strategic leadership and focus on student success. He previously served in Fort Bend ISD for six years as an Executive Principal and Assistant Superintendent. Smith holds a doctorate from the University of Houston and has a background in administration and supervision. The Fort Bend ISD Board of Trustees believes Smith's reputation and experience make him the ideal leader for the district.
