Students Punished for Wearing "Only Two Genders" Shirts in Massachusetts School

A 12-year-old student in Massachusetts claims he was kicked out of school for wearing a t-shirt that read "There are only two genders." School officials allegedly told him that other students were complaining that it made them feel "unsafe" and was "disrupting education." The student claims that the school district was stifling his First Amendment right to free speech.
