Eminem Demands Campaign Trail Music Cessation by Ramaswamy

Rapper Eminem has requested Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy to stop using his music on the campaign trail. Eminem's music licenser, Broadcast Music Inc. (BMI), sent a letter to Ramaswamy's campaign lawyer, stating that Eminem objected to the use of his music and requested its removal from the campaign license agreement. BMI has since removed all of Eminem's musical works from the Vivek 2024 campaign license, and any performance of Eminem's works by the campaign will be considered a breach of the agreement. Ramaswamy went viral for singing along to Eminem's "Lose Yourself" at the Iowa State Fair, but his campaign has acknowledged that they will leave the rapping to the "real slim shady."
