Tragic Discovery: Missing Colorado Hiker Found Dead, Dog Survives

The body of a 71-year-old hiker who went missing in August was found in the southern Colorado mountains, with his loyal terrier, Finney, still by his side. Rich Moore had planned to summit Blackhead Peak but never returned. After being missing for ten weeks, his remains were discovered by a hunter, and Finney was found alongside him, though the dog had lost about half of his body weight. The dog's loyalty has touched many, and it is believed that he survived by drinking water from nearby underground streams and hunting small animals.
