Multiple Georgia Deputies Arrested for Theft, Violation of Oath, and False Statements

A sheriff's deputy in Georgia, identified as Zachary Billings, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and violation of oath of office after entering a home without permission or authority while on duty. The incident was investigated by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation at the request of the Jackson County Sheriff's Office. Billings turned himself in and the case will be reviewed by the Jackson County District Attorney's Office.
