"Trump Defendants Demand Removal of Prosecutor Fani Willis in Georgia Election Case"

Two more codefendants of Donald Trump are calling for the removal of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from their election interference case, alleging prosecutorial misconduct. Former state Republican Party Chairman David Shafer and ex-Coffee County GOP Chairwoman Cathy Latham accused Willis of straying from legal guardrails and financially benefiting from a romantic relationship with a special prosecutor. They also seek a change of venue for the trial and to strike certain accusations from the indictment.
