Deadly Gas Station Shootings Reported in Houston and Memphis.

A man was shot multiple times in the chest near a gas station in southwest Houston and died from his injuries at the hospital. Police arrived within two minutes of the initial call and detained a man who walked out of the woods behind the gas station, where a small homeless encampment is located. The victim may have lived in the encampment. Police are still investigating and asking for potential witnesses to come forward.
