Fatal Collision: SUV Collides with Sedan, Leaving 2 Dead on Southeast Side

Two people, a man and a woman, were killed after their sedan was hit by an SUV on the far Southeast Side of San Antonio. The crash occurred at the intersection of Highway 181 and Old Corpus Christi Road. The driver of the sedan pulled out of a parking lot when it was struck by the SUV. The names and ages of the victims have not been released. The driver of the SUV was not intoxicated, and a passenger in the SUV was taken to the hospital for precautionary measures.
