Water Restoration and Boil Water Notice Issued in Montgomery County
TL;DR
Montgomery County in Virginia has issued a boil water notice for residents of Shawsville and Elliston due to a water outage. The notice is in effect until 5 p.m. Sunday, and residents are advised to boil all water for use until the notice is lifted. The Montgomery Public Service Authority is working to fix the issue, but a restoration time has not been provided yet. Bottled water is being distributed to affected residents, and water samples will be tested to determine when it is safe to lift the notice.
