Oakland beauty queen critically injured after car driven by 4- and 6-year-olds hits her

Kiara Darvonne Bowling, Ms. California International and a former Ms. Greater Bay Area, is hospitalized in critical condition after a vehicle driven by two brothers ages 4 and 6 struck her as she walked a friend's dog in Oakland. Police say the boys took their parents' car and drove at high speed, sideswiping another car before crashing into a home.
