Two die in fiery I-81 crash as oxygen-tank truck explodes; charges loom

Two people died when a passenger car failed to yield entering northbound I-81 in Frederick County, triggering a crash with a southbound tractor-trailer that crossed the median and struck a northbound oxygen-tank truck; the fire caused by the impact resulted in oxygen tanks exploding. The tractor-trailer driver and the oxygen-tank truck driver later died. The car driver was charged with reckless driving, with more charges possible as the investigation continues.
