Witness says ICE detained a U.S. citizen walking to a pharmacy in Evanston

An Evanston man, a U.S. citizen, was detained by ICE on Howard Street while walking to a CVS/pharmacy after a hospital visit. A witness says an agent kneeled on his back and he was injured before ICE drove off; police say the man resisted, refused to provide ID, and was detained for fingerprinting, but they later learned he was a citizen and released him, while the witness questions the targeting.
