Asa Hutchinson Announces 2024 Presidential Run and Criticizes Trump's Bid.

Former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson has announced his candidacy for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination. During his tenure as governor, Hutchinson approved tax cuts, signed a near-total abortion ban trigger law, and banned transgender women athletes from participating in women's sports teams in schools. He also worked as a federal prosecutor and served as an impeachment manager during former President Bill Clinton's trial in the House. Hutchinson hopes voters find him to be "authentic, a person of faith, and somebody that loves my family."
