Blinken Urges Senate to Confirm Stalled State Department Nominees

He expressed concern that key ambassadorial positions will remain vacant, leaving the US without confirmed ambassadors in countries such as Egypt, Israel, Jordan, and Lebanon. Blinken called on Paul to reconsider his blockage, stating that it harms national security and allows adversaries to exploit apparent US weakness.
