DeSantis and Penny: Controversy over Support for Accused Marine in NYC Chokehold Death

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis tweeted his support for Daniel Penny, a Marine charged in the chokehold death of Jordan Neely, and called for donations to Penny's legal funds.
