"Federal Gun Charges Filed Against Hunter Biden"

Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, has been indicted on federal gun charges, including possession of a firearm while using narcotics. The indictment alleges that Biden falsely certified on a federally mandated form that he was not using illegal drugs when he purchased a revolver in 2018. Two of the counts carry a maximum prison sentence of 10 years, while the third has a maximum of five years. The indictment comes after a plea deal fell apart and as House Republicans launch an impeachment inquiry seeking bank records and other documents from the president and his son.
