"Feds Warn Judge of Trump's Retaliatory Social Media Post"

Prosecutors in former President Donald Trump's criminal case alerted the judge to a social media post in which Trump declared that he's "coming after" those he sees as responsible for his legal challenges. The prosecutors expressed concerns that Trump might improperly share evidence on his social media account and urged the judge to order him to keep any evidence from public view. While no gag order has been sought, prosecutors have indicated they're prepared to share a substantial volume of evidence with Trump once an order governing its handling is approved. The judge is scheduled to discuss setting a trial date on August 28.
