Reps. Jamaal Bowman and Thomas Massie got into a shouting match outside the House floor over measures to limit gun violence in schools in the wake of the massacre at The Covenant School in Nashville. Bowman yelled at his GOP colleagues for not backing stricter gun control measures, while Massie suggested arming teachers as a way of countering school shootings.
