Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley has seen a surge in polls in Iowa following the Republican presidential debate, according to a memo by prominent pollster Tony Fabrizio, who also noted that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has "flatlined." The memo, sent to fundraisers and allies of former President Donald Trump, also mentioned that Haley and Vivek Ramaswamy are essentially tied with DeSantis in New Hampshire. However, all three candidates still trail behind Trump in both early voting states.
