Marjorie Taylor Greene's Controversial Remarks and Accusations in Congress

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene accused Rep. Eric Swalwell of having a "sexual relationship with a Chinese spy" during a House Homeland Security Committee hearing, leading to Democrats unsuccessfully demanding that the remark be purged from the record. Swalwell's office did not immediately respond to the accusation. Greene also criticized Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for not doing enough to address record-high US drug overdose deaths caused by fentanyl smuggled from China.
