Massachusetts DA Urges DOJ to Investigate DeSantis' Migrant Flights
TL;DR
Massachusetts District Attorney Robert Galibois has called on the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate the transport of 49 migrants by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to Martha's Vineyard last September. Galibois alleges that the migrants were misled into boarding the planes that took them from Texas to Massachusetts. He has also requested the DOJ's assistance in translating interviews conducted with the migrants. California Governor Gavin Newsom has also urged the DOJ to probe Florida over the flights.
