NYC Town Hall Erupts in Chaos as AOC Faces Heckling and Booing.

During a town hall in Queens, New York, U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez faced a partially hostile crowd as some participants heckled and booed her over her positions on immigration, Ukraine funding, and the debt limit. The congresswoman was disrupted several times, and in turn, her supporters shouted down those protesters. Ocasio-Cortez stated she believes the Biden administration should eliminate the debt limit and has claimed that a failure to raise the limit would cause massive chaos in the U.S. economy. Protesters noted that the U.S. has provided billions of dollars in military aid to Ukraine.
