Republican Governors Rally Support for Abbott's Border Policies

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has called on other state governors to oppose the Biden administration's border management policies. Abbott praised Texas' efforts in holding the line against illegal crossings and criminal activity following the end of Title 42 expulsions. He blamed President Biden for dismantling border security and further jeopardizing the nation's security by ending Title 42 expulsions. Abbott called on other states to send law enforcement personnel and resources to the Texas-Mexico border to serve alongside Texas National Guard soldiers and Texas Department of Public Safety troopers.
