Stormy Daniels: Trump Shouldn't be Jailed for Hush Money Charges

Stormy Daniels said former President Trump should be jailed if he is found guilty in the other legal cases he is facing, but not for the case involving her. Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 felony charges of falsifying business records related to Daniels. He is also facing investigations into his role in the Jan. 6 insurrection, efforts to overturn the 2020 election, and classified documents found at Mar-a-Lago. Daniels said she does not think Trump's crimes against her are worthy of incarceration. Trump said the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ordered Daniels to pay him over $120,000 in attorney fees over a defamation lawsuit she filed that was dismissed in 2018.
